Is it valid?
Yes, a UGC-entitled online degree counts
Under the UGC (Open and Distance Learning Programmes and Online Programmes) Regulations, 2020, a degree earned online from a university that UGC has entitled to offer that programme is treated as equivalent to the same degree earned on campus.
The one check that matters: the university must be entitled for that specific programme in the session you join (this is what people usually mean by a UGC approved online degree). We show you the entry on the UGC-DEB list before you pay anything.

Is an online degree valid in India?
Yes, if the university is entitled by UGC to offer that programme online in the session you join. Under the UGC (Open and Distance Learning Programmes and Online Programmes) Regulations, 2020, such degrees are treated as equivalent to degrees earned on campus. You can verify the entitlement on deb.ugc.ac.in, and we show it to you before you pay.
Is the counselling really free?
Yes. You never pay Ace Learn for counselling. Programme fees are paid through the university's official payment process.
Can I study while working full time?
That is exactly who these programmes are built for. Lectures are recorded so you can watch them in the evening, live sessions usually run on weekends, and most exams are taken online from home.
Which university is best for an online MBA?

What documents will I need?
Usually your 10th and 12th mark sheets, graduation mark sheets for postgraduate courses, a photo ID such as Aadhaar, a passport size photo and, for some programmes, work experience proof.
